When you attempt to uninstall a software in “Programs and Features” you get an error message “Error opening installation log file Verify that the specified location exists and is writable ”

When you attempt to uninstall a software in “Programs and Features”, you get an error message:
“Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified location exists and is writable.”

Solution:
Stop the Explorer.exe process with Task Manager.
Then restart:
Go to File > New Task(Run)

Simply type explorer.exe in the new task box to restart the explorer, then click to OK.

Now, you can uninstall any software.
